Selecting the right tenant is crucial to the success of your rental property. While credit scores are a factor to consider, they are not the only factor. Our property management fees include thorough background checks, reference checks with previous landlords, and a proprietary screening process to ensure that we find the best fit for your property.
Rental listing and advertising
Our property management fees include creating high-quality photos and videos of your property, as well as professional marketing to help you find the right tenant quickly. Our leases are typically filled within 14 days on average, although seasonal factors can affect the timeline.
Tenant move in
We Welcome our new tenants with a Welcome Kit that includes all the necessary information about the property. At this time, we also conduct a detailed move-in inspection.
Rent collection and Tenant Management
Tenants should be seen as valuable clients rather than just a source of income. As a landlord or property manager, it is important to treat them with respect and provide incentives for good behavior, such as timely payments and proper care of the property. In return, tenants can receive perks as a reward.
